Detailed Methodology

Persona Generation: An independent AI session created realistic employee profiles for each department. The generating AI had no access to ReEngage's scoring system, survey questions, or evaluation axes.

Response Generation: Each persona answered the 5-question BL survey independently via a separate API call. No persona had access to others' responses. The survey questions were provided as plain text with no axis labels or scoring information.

Scoring: Responses were processed by the standard BL scoring engine — the same engine included in the IP package. No adjustments were made for the simulation.
